The kit includes a 105-minute workout DVD featuring three focused segments on the upper body, lower body, and abs, as well as an air pump and a high-quality, anti-burst Balance Ball. The 75cm Balance Ball is ideal for users between 6'0" and 6'5" tall, and can be used for a variety of exercises and as an alternative office chair for active sitting. The kit also includes a workout guide, a large blue exercise ball, and an easy-inflate air pump.

Please note that the Balance Ball may need to be re-inflated once or twice after initial inflation to reach its final size. Inflate the ball with air, let it stand for 24 hours, deflate it by 50%, and then fill it again to a height of 75cm.
