BOSU Exercise Ball

The new Bosu Ballast Ball 45cm is now available. This smaller size is perfect for individuals of all ages. Made in the USA with high-quality, burst-resistant material, it features a six-sided surface design for proper alignment and positioning. With 2.5 lbs. of multi-dimensional load inside, this ball provides a fun and visually appealing effect, as well as audible feedback during lifting, shifting, and shaking exercises. It is both phthalate and latex-free.

The shifting weight inside the BOSU Ballast Ball weighs 2.5 pounds and engages core and stabilizer muscles more effectively during workouts, making them more intense and efficient. The ball itself weighs approximately 7 pounds in total. The shifting weight also provides visual and audible feedback when the ball is lifted, shaken, or shifted, and prevents it from rolling for added safety.

The Ballast Ball is constructed with thick, high-quality, burst-resistant material and has a unique six-sided surface design that ensures proper alignment and positioning for maximum workout benefits. Proudly made in the USA, the 65 cm ball has a maximum user weight capacity of 300 pounds.

Included in the package are the BOSU Ballast Ball, a foot pump, a measuring tape, an owner's manual, and a workout DVD that showcases effective and creative ways to use the Ballast Ball. For optimal inflation results, fill the ball to about 90% capacity on the first inflation and allow it to sit overnight or for several hours. After the initial waiting period, continue inflating to reach full size.
