Training Ball Inflation Instructions

To inflate the training ball, please follow these steps:

1. Insert one end of the tube into the blue connector of the air pump.
2. Insert the other end of the tube into the air hole on the opposite side of the half-round ball.
3. Press the air pump to inflate the ball, ensuring it reaches a height of 8 inches.
4. Securely insert the air plug.
